Hi when you say burnt out, did it over heat?

Or does the pump stutter all the time?

It might not be your pump. What can happen is if you regulate your water or you have a leak your pump will intermittently come on and off so it may be only the switch on the base of the pump burnt out.

I use shurflow pumps in my carpet cleaning machines. The manafactures give them about a 500 hour life.
My shurflow 100psi i use for wfp has only done about 200hrs so far and still going strong.
maybe it has had it full life.

I use 2 shurflo pumps and mine used to do the same but mine was the switch try disconecting the pump from the switch and jon the red and black together to see if the pump does still work
