Forum police at work again.
What word was used, I thought most on here were over 18's and would have heard worse on a weekend in any city centre.

This forum needs the expertise of personnel to make it what it is. These very people share their knowledge and many years of experience with others, to educate and guide CUI members on how to tackle obstacles in front of them. So please join in to free the 'Manchester one'

It's stupid that some one who has made such a great contribution to helping others in this industry is banned, all because of a swear word.
He could stand in front of a copper screaming and shouting obscenities and walk away without any action being taken against him.
Without the likes of Lee, Roger and Rob I don't think this section of the forum would have many visitors at all.

His post was on the general section which has more moderation just read the link seams a bit harsh to ban him for swearing about Man united, and I would have thought the forum software would have altered any swearwords.

Exactly. I could have mean 'Clot'....Blooooooodclot!

Someone was clearly on a power trip over a silly little thing and seems I was only allowed back on due to giving an apology, not to the person I called but to the admin. MOTWYW. Anyway...I'm back so who like my new mouse mat?

Oooooohhh careful, I might upset the photo police.

Admin/Mods, what's your opinion on the word 'Twunt'?

I fail to see how the mods can discriminate against you just because you have tourretes syndrome - that type of discrimination is far worse than my alledged racism. I suppose they think you are possessed by the devil :-

Tourette Syndrome
Definition
Tourette syndrome (TS) is an inherited disorder of the nervous system, characterized by a variable expression of unwanted movements and noises (tics).
Description
The first references in the literature to what might today be classified as Tourette syndrome largely describe individuals who were wrongly believed to be possessed by the devil. In 1885 Gilles de la Tourette, a French neurologist, provided the first formal description of this syndrome, which he described as an inherited neurological condition characterized by motor and vocal tics.
Although vocal and motor tics are the hallmark of Tourette syndrome, such other symptoms as the expression of socially inappropriate comments or behaviors, obsessive compulsive disorder, attention deficit disorder, self-injuring behavior, depression, and anxiety also appear to be associated with Tourette syndrome. Most research suggests that Tourette syndrome is an autosomal dominant disorder, although a gene responsible for Tourette syndrome has not yet been discovered.
Tourette syndrome is found in all populations and all ethnic groups, but is three to four times more common in males than females and is more common in children than adults. The exact frequency of Tourette syndrome is unknown, but estimates range from 0.05% to 3%.

Some good guys on this section of the forum

We have been busy "Doff"ing recently at Royal Caribbean HQ on their Brise Soleil

As well as doing test samples near Heathrow Airport
The surface of the cladding has become "chalky" and is in need of restoring & protecting - the test went extremely well - better than any other contractor who tested 8) So we are hopeful to get this one.

Just though I would add in some pics as Rob & Lee have slowed down a bit  :P

Not sure if "DOFF" ing is a swear word -  ban me if it offends anyone
Happy New Year to all on CIU

Love the stencil idea!!

Should maybe do that as a business card..."if you want the rest cleaned, please call..."

St Austell, or Snozzle as it's known locally, bit of a trek for you? Mind you, Auld Reekie isn't exactly local!

Hi ya mate,

Pricing a job in MK, a fairly big one, did you sort a hot system out? I know of a Falch T3H going end of the month £4500+VAT. If you buy that you'll be handy to use on this job in MK if we get it.

No mate. Well possibly. I'm on the hunt for an axle/chassis/drawbar for our 2nd T3H which is sat on the flatbed trailer right now. Brand new I'm looking at £1500 for everything I need to get it rolling, it's too heavy on the twin axle flatbed. Plus I've gotta get it lifted up and mess around fitting everything. I could buy another T3H on its original axle and then sell my other on the flatbed.

The one I'm talking about is in Gloucester.

Sorry Lee, been away.

I'm looking at 21lpm machine from qwashers at the minute, can always get a hot box if needed to help on mk job.

Wasn't anything similar to that one I priced up with you a couple of years ago? That's still not been done, it's disgusting round there.

Simon,
Import a H&M of a skid will cost you about £5-6K we spoke about this on the phone the other day, also speak to Robert McClean as he bought my H&M set-up, and if I'm right best bit of kit he has bought to date.
