can anyone recommend a good, affordable "virtual" phone answering service ?

I used a company for when  I went on holiday that did a talk at an Alltec open day, unfortunately i’ve Forgotten the name but it was a Latin word....... sactantum (or something like that )

They were really good, emailed me each night with all calls including any message, I think they specialised in  cleaning companies

Factotum  they are now corporate members of the NCCA I think they have a special deal for members.
