Zerorez - Cleaning with special water?

While having a surf around tonight I came across the Zerorez System which uses "special water" Primacide B from Electric Aquagenics.

Seems it's specially treated tap water -Peckham Spring?  ;D

Anybody heard of this before or know any more?
