Hi,
Wondering if any of you experts out there can give me some advice.
I'v just cleaned a grey high cotton content sofa.
Now its dried, in a few places there appears to be white watermarks
like tide lines, which show a treat on dark grey.
I cleaned using Prochem gold as a prespray, and extracted with warm
water with Prochem fibre and fabric rinse in the extraction tank.
Never had this issue before.
I don't want to make it worse by messing with it.
What did i do wrong??
Has anybody got a solution please.
Thanks
Rich

Can you dye that area the same shade of colour?

Sounds like it was too wet and you didn't dry it enough causing wick back.

Speak to Richard at Chemspec, he will probably advice you to use a specialist cotton cleaner. Restomate are distributors for them.
