May have some rounds for sale soon in chorley if interested?...some 2weekly & monthly been done trad but some now moved over to wfp...in no ral rush to sell but will be letting go in next few weeks as getting work closer to base.

Hi Rob,

In my vintage window cleaning collection I have the worlds oldest window cleaners trade journal, The Window Cleaners Federated Associations 1913. There head office being 111 Redlam Blackburn. Do you know the road. Just thought you may be interested, or not!

hi mate. Yes i know the road i used to live just off it believe it or not. Never heard of that though.. The road in question has changed a lot over the years, There used to be a 100 pubs on it many years ago and now there is 4. Tell more about it. I will check it out and see what it is now.

Hi,

Rob when I was given the Trade Journal 10 years back I went up to 111 Redlam road to see if the building was still there only to find an empty space. It has now been filled as I have looked on Street view. The federation came to an end with the outbreak of the 1st WW.

If you know someone who could do some research for me regarding the Federated associations please let me know.
