I had a really tough time with sun and WFP last summer...it is a struggle and dangerous for your eyes.
Look in B+Q...they have industrial wraparound sunglasses...not over the top from a style point of view...but block harmful rays and totally protect your eyes allowing you to work unhindered in bright sunlight. £12.99 I think.

I wear Oakleys. I can interchange the lenses So I can have Diffrent variations of tint depending on weather conditions.

I wear sports sunglasses for work and when I'm running and cycleing.

I know Oakleys are expensive, But you can at least offset the cost of them against Tax.

You only get one pair of eyes in your lifetime so what cost do you put on protecting them? In my early days of w/cleaning I never wore sunglasses and my eyesight in my right eye deteriorated because or the reflective glare from the glass. It was only my right eye as I allways closed my left when the glare was really strong.

If you go to oakleys website you can read up on the technology they put into their Lenses. I were ones with a Golden tint which give a greater contrast in colour so are great for w/cleaning in sunny or cloudy conditions.

Get a sunny day, If I wear them all day my eyes feel great with no eye strain whatsoever. Anything is better then nothing but Oakleys are a class above most sunglasses out there.
