The commercial job that i've picked up in Wales is far too much for me to handle on my own.
The first site has 302 windows (probably around 600 individual windows as they've counted each opening as 1 window) that needs to be cleaned inside and out every 4 months. I managed to get most of this done on my own in the 2 days that i scheduled for. However i feel that 3 and 1/2 to 4 days would be more than adequate to complete the job at a comfortable pace. Would be even quicker with wfp on the outsides, as i only clean trad at the moment.
The second site however was a bit of a nightmare. I was told that it was on around the same scale as site 1. (I only visited site 1 when arranging quote because of travelling time and expense). When i arrived i couldn't believe my eyes. I've now been given the full details of the clean by the site manager. There are 2817, yes two thousand eight hundred and seventeen windows with a total of 1546 metre squared of glass to be cleaned. That's just on the outside, double figures for inside clean as well. This site is also on a 4 monthly basis.
I would like to be able to carry out the contract on these cleans, but obviously need some help. May even consider subbing it out completely. If you, or you know of anyone else in Wales that might be interested then please get in touch via email and i'm sure we can come to some sort of arrangement.
