Derek joined the forums with lots of enthusiasm and perhaps over confidence and some naivety. Too his credit he has followed through and is seeing the success of his labours and perhaps understands better now some of the things that rubbed up the wrong way some of the experienced guys.

Surely if Simon gets a second, or maybe it's even his third chance  ;D on here, he would consider Derek as a TM member once more?

Wouldn't that still need rubber stamping by Glynn?   Would the rest of the t/m want Derek back there again.  We've been able to have early nights without him posting  ad in-finitum ;)

It's also a matter of fairness and to be fair, I may have been a bit harsh on Derek and maybe could have cut him more slack than I did.

I was thinking of starting a new forum only for people that have been banned form other boards! ;D
I was banned from Truck mounters because I bought a Chemtex Panther ???

Mind you I did sell a Boxxer 421 for a song ;)
