Could it be:
That we all suggest ideas that 'might' make our lives easier then Mark runs off to some patent office and registers one of them as his own.

Now I've got you thinking haven't I 8)

Well as this is an very important issue, could we please start collecting ideas about what Marks idea was. That may be difficult for some people, especially if you're a southerner  ;D ;D so we'll also collect ideas about what the initial idea wasn't. ;D

If you have an idea , make a prototype , sell it .

Dont bother with patents ,  just register the design  for under a grand .

Patents will start at 5k  for each country .

Just get on and do it .

If its only a tenner and its something we really need you will make a killing or at least pay for your advertising if you put it in ebay until somebody else copies it .

Then you need your next idea

Someone mentioned there are only about 7 thousand carpet cleaners in the uk,so it will hardly set the world on fire !!

Not going to post up details of what it is for obvious reasons.

Just not had time to take it any further, due to being really really busy.
And off to York this weekend, for some r+r,going to be going up in the Scirocco, get 80 miles from a tank full of fuel,so will be stopping at most of the garages on the way I think..Staying at hotel 53,any good ?
Don't have a day off next week either,so time is limited, but I am just going to concentrate on working, while it's manic.
There is a place down the road that does prototype engineering,so may go and see them

Haha, engineering!
I'm guessing after your comments about RSI and trigger usage it's got something to do with that. Self propelled wand? Voice activated trigger ;D
Whilst your there I'd have a word about sorting out that engine on that bucket of yours if it only does 80 miles to a tank. ;D

It is fitted wit a 20l racing fuel cell, which sits in the spare wheel well, and you have made me remember I need another can of that tyre weld stuff,as I don't carry a spare, due to having a fuel tank in the spare wheel well  ;D

Got this tank made to my spec,in hindsight,I would have gone a bit bigger

Mark , did you know that if you turn of the M1 , go up the M18 ,join the A1  , it is 14 miles shorter than staying on the M1 past leeds , before joining the A1 .   Less hills too ,  thats at least  10 litres of petrol I have saved you  both ways .
