Hi all, been w/c for 18 months ,wfp a year. Some windows have marks which won,t come off. like water marks ,but etched into the glass. Is there  any products out there which will bring the glass up easily.

Hi Ray, Welcome to the forum. Without seeing the glass in question I can only relate my own experiences. Some glass picks up mineral deposits. Lawn sprinklers and overhead overflow pipes are the main cause of this. and I believe this can be treated with limescale remover.
Another cause can be waterproofing liquid that they treat brickwork and rendering with. If this gets on the glass it's almost impossible to shift. Hope this helps Dai

a product called de-scale provided by premiere products. they are a national company and you should have no probs "googling" for them.
have always found de-scale to work very well

What you need is Mineral Deposit Remover.
That will shift it no problem
