smaller Jets?
« on: January 26, 2006, 11:00:26 am »
I have heard on the forum of smaller jets to put into wfp brush.
why use smaller jets? is it because it increases pressure? what are the standard size? and what size is recommended?

I have seen peter fogwells autobrush video and noticed the pressure behind those jets. How can I get pressure like that when I build my wfp kit?

smaller jets create more pressure
the advantage off smaller jets means u use less water.....
i had ionics jets 1st  and used much more water than necessary
i got omnipole jets now les water much more pressure ......
£2.50 from omnipole............ hope this helps
its personal preference really .....if u dont mind using more water and want less pressure then go for bigger jets ...i didnt like ionics so i changed the whole top section of my ionics ressitential poles ...to omnipoles goose neck and vicken brushes much beter performance

Hi,

In the video of the auto brush the pole is connected to a outside tap with mains pressure. It was used to demonstrate the  auto brush.

So dont think if you buy one you will get that kind of pressure.

I know I've said this loads of times but really the fan spray jets are the doggies.  Get them from cleantech you need 2 nozzles and 2 bulkheads for each brush - works out about £8 per brush.  Increases back pressure (no it doesn't hurt) and thus uses less water, best of all, rinsing is twice as quick
