Been tthinking of employing for a while so finaly took the plunge!
I found a young lad who seems ok, only thing is he doesnt like being told what to do and his technique is a bit iffy?

Take him around Gele with you, get him to get the money from the customers, i bet they will all give him tips on every house!
How could you ask for your change from a cute little one like that haha!
No but in all seriousness, you could slowly train him at an early age, by the time hes 12, he could come out with you for a bit of pocketmoney, and go from there. I know somebody else that did that. A mate of mine his dad took him window cleaning from 10 years old onwards and now hes 29 years old and earns more than any other window cleaner i know of whos a sole trader in north wales haha ;D ;D

The boys more built for rugby though, he's only 4 .
Given that lm 6,3" it shows how big he is next to me.
Possibly more of a debt collector!
Peeing down here mate, taking today off and working Friday for me, gotta go to Wrexham hospital today. Worked out well .
