as much as you can get,... its like I always say, a w.c round is only worth what someone is prepared to pay, so ignore anyone who says its 3x the monthly or 6x the monthly, there is no w/c law or god who has set a figure on what to charge

Hi Dave

You're too vague with your question mate.

It depends on a few things.  Is it trad/ wfp? Comm or domestic etc etc

Also, to say 6k a year is too vague - if it takes a year to earn it full time it's worth sweet fa.  If it takes a month, top notch.

It also depends how much you want to get rid of it. The quicker you want to get rid, the less you'll accept for it plus be prepared for people to mess you around, always happens!
