Unfortunately too busy to do much chilling out, so have to look forward to holidays.

Looking for an all inclusive chill out around late March/early April, before first child is born early July. I know WW recommends Cuba, anyone else got any recommendations? Don't care how much, just want a real chill out, no mobiles, no internet, nothing.

Before running my own business, I loved Quadding, learning to surf, running, mountain biking, playing football. Just dont seem to get the time now.

It's tough to tell if you're joking or not, but recovering from a sex addiction seems a strange way to chill out.  Still, whatever floats your boat; live and let live 'n' all that gubbins.

I run, meditate, study, and spout rubbish on the interweb.

watch united at local and have a few beers. Like today at 4 :-) play football few times a week. Play guitar in cover band. Watching films. Taking the family out. Mountain biking. Reading. Started home brewing again recently. Cant stand golf. Play a bit of snooker to but only with friends nothing serious. Looking to play footy a bit more seriously not played competitively since school its just finding a local team. And window cleaning :-)

I chill out by winding up Joey Barton on Twitter  ;D

Nah, not really.

I go and watch Crawley Town (Football League newcomers) play and have a season ticket.  I even go to the odd away game as well.  Great way of releasing stress.  I like to visit galleries, museums and gardens - Kew is due for another visit from me as I haven't been since they installed the tree walk.  I sometimes play badminton to unwind and have been fortunate enough to obtain a ticket to see badminton at the forthcoming Olympics.  I'm not the fittest so prefer it to squash.  I have been known to indulge in chess and scrabble too.  De-stressing is very important for me and I regularly play downloaded meditation/relaxation/hypnosis audio files.  I've tried many things but that seems to work quite well for me.
