Go for a long run or bike ride
In March 2012 I am undertaking a massive challenge to swim 6.4km, cycle 337km and run 83km over 7 days from London to Birmingham to raise money for the charity Diabetes UK

Unfortunately too busy to do much chilling out, so have to look forward to holidays.

Looking for an all inclusive chill out around late March/early April, before first child is born early July. I know WW recommends Cuba, anyone else got any recommendations? Don't care how much, just want a real chill out, no mobiles, no internet, nothing.

Before running my own business, I loved Quadding, learning to surf, running, mountain biking, playing football. Just dont seem to get the time now.
