yes course you can.it doesnt apply to business.if your area end s up with a "drought order" then you ll be back on the ladders mate.

And get your story straight when the Royston Vasey mob turn up with clubs and sticks.

"I drive to North Wales/The Lake District/Scotland to get my water for the week every Sunday so that I don't break the drought order."  ;)
It's a game of three halves!

It doesn't apply to REGISTERED businesses. Are you registered with your water company as a business user? Be careful with that one they might want to charge you a lot more.

I don't know the answer but if your system is a trolley or van mount system then I can't see you're using a hose pipe...technically speaking.

I'll be interested to know the answer to.

Im surprised no one has checked their local water suppliers reservoir levels by now. Its on their website btw you dont have to drive there.

These are South East Waters reservoirs, look fine to me

and these are Southern Waters levels, resonable enough I guess considering the time of year.

I'll start worrying if we have a dry (by compariosn) 2011-12 winter.

there was a hosepipe ban up here(north west)last year.my customers loved me as they hurriedly put their pot plants under the windows so they could get watered!i just carried on regardless.

as ive said it doesnt apply to businesses if its a hosepipe ban.drought orders it could be tricky.anyone remember the drought of 76?

stand pipes in the road could be a reality again esp in the south east.then i think wfp tops only and trad the ground floors.

during dry spells your tap water tds can change as well.mines normally 30-35 but last year it shot up to 105 at its highest thus using more resin.

In 76 most places wouldn't even let you fill up a bucket for window cleaning

you would be banned from using wfp because its not a necessity, because you can live without your windows being cleaned,i was talking to a guy who i clean windows for,hes a spaceman you know well he said theres more water on the moon than earth he said not to worry coz they going to start pumping the water down to earth, and hes going to give me my own pipeline as long as i clean his windows for free

heard on the news today that theres been a big meeting re shortages with representatives from different groups would be very interested to know if the fed were there.
if there is a ban I will go back to trad pole and backflip, I can go all day on 20 litres of water.

I was told that you can still clean, as the water in your tank is stored water. Just don't get caught filling your tank up!
