Hi, I'm selling approx £950 of window cleaning custom, This area has been part of my business for over 10 years, all the work is in a small village near Braintree and is mainly domestic but includes 4 local businesses. The work can be done in 3.5 days by a two man team and has been cleaned traditionally every 5-6 weeks. Good friendly paying customers that pay by cash, cheque & bank transfers. In amongst the £950 per 5-6 week turn over a lot of the domestic customers have extra works done by us,
Conservatory roofs, Gutter facia & soffit cleans etc. This is a reluctant sale as iv cleaned most of these customers since i started my business but iv got to much work now and this area is the furthest i travel.
This area is for sale for £2700.

Be careful, it's not easy to buy a trad round and convert it to WFP, there will probably be a big drop off. Also it might be worth asking what hours they work as it only equates to £135 per man per day, albeit you will be quicker using WFP.
