Seeing as its looking to go to legal proceedings (or getting that way) i suppose Mike doesn't want CIU dragged into it, considering the content of that thread.

I guess he's covering his backside.. or he has been requested to close it to not prejudice someones case.

I find it strange how we can discuss tax related issues and law! and health and safety law! and whether we are breaking the law etc.
I really can't see it coming to much with the legal case anyhow.
I thought Forums were created to discuss issues!
Craig has an issue that he is entitled to ask help on.
I see that no differently than any of us asking for help on how to do this, whats the law regarding to this and that etc.

This is my opinion on this, after all we are entitled to our own opinion. aren't we?
