wfp & downstairs
« on: July 26, 2006, 09:51:53 pm »
I want to hear from anyone who cleans upstairs and downstairs with wfp.

How do your customers react to it. Mine accept the need to do upstairs but when I do the downstairs they think I'm trying to cut corners and speed up  >:(

I have a lot of bungalows on my round where I can reach all the windows the traditional way. When I turn up they look totally confused and most are not too happy!

I do upstairs downstairs and anything else that needs doing by wfp ! whats the point in spending loads of money changing over then doing the downstairs by hand ? NONE.
If your doing a good job the customer isnt going to mind how they get their windows cleaned all mine love it now and the ones that didnt and there were only half a dozen or so are no longer on my books, i just said this is how they are being done now and if your not happy about it ring someone else.
The work that you,ll pick up as you go will compensate for any of the doubting Thomases that you lose and then you,ll be laughing all the way to the bank.

Totaly Agree.  Wash the LOT!

My customers (and me, for that matter!!) were a bit sceptical about leaving the windows to dry.  But now all are happy.  As Ron says, those that weren't are no longer customers of mine and I have picked up loads more!

Cheers david,

I was supposed to be going off to a wedding today at 10am. Went to tesco to do some shopping at 9am & came back to the van and put my wallet on the roof while I sorted the bags out and found the key. Forgot about the wallet untill 3 miles down the road :'( The worst of it was that I had £200 of cash in it and the train tickets, driving license & two bank cards :'(

Totally gutted :'(

Drove back as quickly as I could to look for it and it was no where to be seen!

Reported it to the police and all the shops near by.

I hope some honest person hands it in. But I cant see it.

Forms not good the night! :'(
