What would you pay?
« on: November 02, 2012, 03:39:42 pm »
Just wanted to see your opinions on the value of some work, it's approximate value per month is £1000.00 and all of the work is located in one village . some prices could go up however like I said it is very tightly packed.
Thanks

Hi
Depends what part of the country you are I suppose?
I'd imagine certain areas command better prices

Anything from 4xcleans seems to be the going rate although if it were me I'd try and get as much as possible if it was good work  :)

How can you say that without knowing anything about the work?

He may have 300 jobs at £3.33 each. would you pay 6 grand for that?

so about 80 odd customer a month and 50 bimonthly at a guess

£927 / 80 = £11.59 ave
£709 / 50 = £14.18 ave

£15400 a year income ..... im guessing £6000 to £8000 is the asking price ??

Following posts on here, I have found that work is a heck of a lot dearer in my area (North Manchester / Lancashire) than it is down south.

Any work for sale near me is currently fetching minimum 8x and selling. Maybe folk out of work that are pushing the price up but for someone nearing retiring age it's a tempter
