has anyone got a good risk assesment and method statement for cleaning flats with wfp and traditional have got a new contract

Hi stephen they have to be written site specific if you contact Safe contractors they have examples might charge you though if you accrediting with them

but you must list dangers to opperators the public and flat owners and what you will do to reduce risks ect signs yellow hoses ladders laid down when not in use. the method statement has to have critticle actions in order eg arrive put out signs insde and a outside entrances  no very good at the computer but willing to read one over the phone to you  if it help email me with your no

the company i am doing work for has employed a h s e consultant to verify all of there contractors what i want is to be able to mull over some statements and then write my own

if you have fax I will send you some examples

I am now safe contractor approved you should consider this would help in the type of contract your going for
not that expensive and you can call them for h&s help when you need it
