Title: thinking about selling this round

am thinking about selling a round in netherton by switch island (end m57-m58) around £1500 a month work takes 2 men about 35-40 hrs a month to do (2 weekly)ie. week 1 is 17-20 hrs work=about £650 miss a week then back again week 2 is 20-25hrs work=£850.
this work is 100% wfp

ive had it 5 yrs the man i bought it of had it for 10 yrs txt  open to offers but this is a good compact round txt me on 07904959378 i will call you back when i get chance
