We originally sold this area last September to a company who is in the fire and flood business – unfortunately the rain came and they are too busy with floods etc to get started and leads are being turned away.
What is included in the sale
A 2008 Citroen Relay Van – Fully Sign Written and complete with a 1000 ltr pure freedom hot system with heater blower to stop anything freezing in winter. The system also has a port for connecting a pressure washer, as well as being a two man window cleaning system.
The van has had extra leaf springs fitted and it drives superb!
Two 100 metre hose reels, ladders, signs and three never used Gardiner Poles 45ft, 28ft and 12 ft
Ideally this particular area would suit somebody who can clean windows already as we get enquiries from mainly commercial customers – hotels – Schools – offices etc
We want somebody who will want to grow the business – we will teach you how, but do not expect us to get you all the work - you will be taught how to gain new customers and will need to work hard to do this.
We will soon have automated software that will take out a lot of the paperwork.
