w/c contract for sale LEEDS

For sale window cleaning contract BASED IN LEEDS ive been cleaning this contract for over 12months.it takes 2 men a day to do all on reach and wash ext and trad insides.And takes 600/clean, monthly. So was just wondering could any of you guys tell me what is the going price of good contract work and what am i likely to expect.Thank you

how long is left on contract. is there any stipulations that it has to be done wfp. where about in leeds

will the customer be happy the contract been passed over like that?....why are you wanting shut the pay is spot on?

not sure what to ask for it,as only ever sold domestic work so any of your views would help.Could get new buyer 12months contract and would even come and clean for first couple of times to put any-bodys fears to rest.like i said cleaned it for over 12months it takes 2 men 1 day but thats at week-end and is 600/clean so any advise on price would be great,not in a rush to sell and would be asking the full price for the job as soon as i find out what its worth thanks again.

i used to have rounds in rothwell at leeds and they used to sell for 3 or 4 cleans. is it a set time contract or an on running one, i.e., does it come up for tender at intervals or is just a contract you picked up and just keeps on going. could it be done traditionally? i'm interested please mail me

Its a contract that i have picked up and it just keeps going No tender.It can be cleaned trad but because of health and safety no ladders are to be used on site.The company will even pay for the cherry picker as i have cleaned windows with it on the odd occasion,when reach and wash broke down,but IPAP
liesence will have to be produced.I try to keep it wfp to keep the job with-in this time frame and keep soap out of the frame work hence keeping the job simple.

thats not a problem i have mewp license. dont have wfp and dont really want one. i'm def interested as weekend clean. are you serious about selling?

Yes its just i dont want to give the job away ive cleen it for a while.looked after it and would expect the right price.

Commercial contract bringing in £600.00 per monthly clean would easily fetch £6000.00 In my opinion.

imo its a hard one to price as if the contract changes to another cleaner after the 12 months is up then at £6000 youve worked all yeay for £1200 = £100 a clean

undestand what you meen thats why i think 6000 is probably to high around half that amount sounds about the mark or do you think this is to low

£3000 sounds ok to me not to much but not cheap, if it was to low i would be concerned.

have you sounded out the contractor to make sure this is ok??

yeah u guys hit the price on the head, thats exactly what its worth. thats what i'm willing to pay, obviously i would want to meet the client to ensure i'm going to get my investment back. like i said weekend after next fits in fine
