With all this cold and snow, who is still working?
Lots of issues around safety apart from the fact that its plain miserable.
I'll bet some of you heros are still grafting.

Hi Londoner
I am going to give it another day because lets face it you only slip once. Some of the ground is ok here but some is still covered with snow and ice :o

I've been off all week, but thats down to a trapped nerve in my back, however my guys only managed to get 22hrs in this week due to the weather. I won't let them work if its dangerous to do so. As i'm the boss i would be held responsible for any accident, if i had instructed them to work and someone fell as a result.
Better safe and out of pocket than sorry.
