Hi im in the process of expanding my cleaning business (me) currently working 21 hrs on recommendations only to employing staff, which im reluctant to do!! but im shortly going to have to undergo a major op on my back which will mean i wont be able to service my existing customers for a min of 6months.
Can anyone give me some links for free templates for 0hrs employee contracts etc. and what sort of pricing i should charge as i offer a full housekeeping service, ironing, meal prep, decorating, sewing, dog walking, gardening, errands etc..i currently charge £10 ph which is about right as sole trader but will not cover all the extras when employing staff.
I also supply my own products which are envo friendly. i want to do this professionally and not dabble with the idea.
Im based in Mansfield, Notts and with the exception of merrymaids etc the going price is £10.50 all in.
