Hi, can anyone provide me with a copy of their health and safety document/manual for domestic and commercial cleaning, to include carpet and upholstery cleaning and exterior cleaning please? I'm currently putting mine together but I am lost as to what to include after the obvious.

A manual is quite extensive. Go on the Government Health & Safety Executive Site and you can download loads of documents off there
