Hi ,

I'm quite busy with domestic for this time of year and am currently doing an every Sunday job, which is a bit of a pain but thankfully it's now and not July!

As a reward I've given myself today off.

Febuary is the worst month usually ,  so for newbies its worth trying to schedule commercial in at this time.

Keep smiling,

Doug

Gary,

Leigh is nice , but Southend and Westcliff must be two of the poorer parts of Essex.

Cheers,

Pretty quite here in Chelmsford at the moment, at least it gives me a chance to catch up on paper work and the dreaded DIY.

Hi

Like a morgue for deaf mutes at the moment.

Is that a lone wolf howling in the distance?

Im very quiet with Carpet Cleaning but blinds keep ticking over.

I have done little Marketing in Jan and Feb as I do no find I get a good return on Leaflets or Tele Canvansing for Carpet Cleaning in these months.

I know I am wrong as some people are very busy.

However I have a mass leaflet campain planed from March onwards

Busy, booked through to mid March on domestic with a splattering of commercial.

Keep up the marketing at an even pace even when it's busy.

Steady more than busy.  90% of business at the minute is repeat and most of it commercial.  Going out now to clean a nursery.

Same, reasonably steady, mostly commercial with splattering of domestic.

Had one domestic call at 7am this morning where womans dog had left a small deposit on the landing!  She'd walked through it into the bathroom, back into the bedroom, down the stairs and into the living room before she noticed!!

Went straight out and tidied that up first - £120 before 10 o'clock, good start to the day, rest of day spent doing hotel foyer and bar.

Only two small jobs for tomorrow but next week is quite busy.

Well I did have a call at 11.45pm the other evening asking me to go and clean a Number Two Stain.

I did not go as the possibility of repeat work was not good.

It has slowed up here in wales which is really strange as begining of Feb was quite steady but the last 3 days only a few calls.
