old wifes tales???

Hello fella's,

As i'm relatively new to the world of carpet cleaning having now been in it now for little over a year, i thought it would be of benefit to me and many of us on the forum if some of the more seasoned cc's here would be kind enough to let us in one some tips regarding stain removal using products avilable to all of us from chemists or even tescos not packaged as stain removers. I would obviously not use one of the so called stain removers you can aquire from supermarkets as i understand many actually contain a form of bleach and do a good job of setting stains making our job much harder! For examble i understand white vinegar can be used on certain stains ???

Thanks Paul    :D

Nice one steve  ;D so do you mix it up and spray it onto the offending area or apply with a sponge, aggitate and extract??does it have a ph level which would require neutralising??

Thanks Paul.
