I just had the foloowing email:
was wondering if you could help me in some way. I have a fitted carpet which has been badly stained to the point that I was wondering if I could have it redyed.
I should appreciate hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
Thanks in anticipation of your assistance in this matter.

Paul.
Redyeing will not remove or hide a stain.
For example light blue carpet darker stain on it dye carpet a dark blue stain if the dye sites are not damaged and except the dye will go even darker possible black. You Dye carpets to change the colour not to hide stain damage. Their is a lot to look into as an ex Rainbow man my self I would say it is unlikely you would get a favourable outcome from a dye job. This used to be Rainbows USP but the amount of work we actually did was limited. In 6 years I probably did 6 jobs.
My advise dont get involved
