Hi guys,

Doing a 100% white rug on tuesday and the lady had rolled it up with brown roll tape when she moved home. Now she has taken the tape off and laid the rug out you can see the brown tape mark along one side of the rug I have checked and there is no sticky residue from the tape just the mark so any suggestions on how to remove this please : All replys much appreciated

Difficult to say without seeing it but normal procedure would be some sort of solvent, applied indirectly by putting it on a towel and gently wiping/agitating onto the problem area.  Finish with rinse extraction.
