Due to ill health I maybe selling up not in a rush to sell.

Residential & commercial round covering south, north London  & Hertfordshire
Work includes large blocks flats office blocks small blocks of flats. Shops and small amount of residential.
I travel into London 3 days a week currently turning over 35-40k a year steadly for last 7 years.

Will be including my van 2011 Transit connect lab with 400ltr Ro system.
