« on: January 22, 2004, 09:23:30 pm »
Can anyone give me advice on cleaning a dropdown roof on a BMW the roof is fabric not vinyl.

1 can you use a jetwash on it
2 can you use wash&wax solution...
3 what do you use to get bird dropings off.

I don't use all of their product range, however Autoglym sell a special kit for Fabric Hoods inc Re-proofing spray.
They do take a while to do so remember to add it all in the price, ( as if you wouldn't) :-[.
Hope it's of help ;)

Like most cleaning jobs and pricing, is it a 5 minute job or do you need a JCB and Skip ??? ;D
Also I consider the cost of specialist products I need to buy,(they're never cheap).
Having said that I'm not the best person to ask about pricing because since joining the talk group I realise I haven't been charging enough. :'( :'(
To bloomin nice us cleaners :o

Hi Andy.

Guess what.

We have a very good very inexpensive cleaner for soft tops. It is our Interior cleaner 3 http://www.waterlesscarcleaning.com/ab_universal_info.htm which is ideal for the application you need. It is especially good on bird droppings.

We are running a special offer on a starter pack http://www.waterlesscarcleaning.com/product_list.html saving £20 off list prices. We have a professional price list if you are interested, just email me! sales@waterlesscarcleaning.com

You should try our products, they really are very good!
