hi guys

wondering if you can tell me how some of you implement staff training and development within your companies?

The system is called Continual Professional Developement, CPD.

If you employ people you should have a CPD program in place, basically send them on training courses, record this, keep training certificates, plan further training courses for them.

Oh, check if the trainer has any qualification to train.
