Hi all, hoping for some advice;
I have an existing primary school customer. The contarct is up for renewal in April and they've asked me to give them two prices for the new year. A quotation to go on providing the same service and one for a 'high spec' service.
Has anyone ever encountered this before? What do you think they are looking for? Will a high spec in a primary school just involve more tasks performed in all areas each day? More deep cleaning at end of terms?
I appreciate I could ask the business manager the question of what exactly she is looking for but I think she is looking for a recommendation of what a high spec clean will encompass and the sort of things that will be carried out on a daily basis vs what's currently happening.
Would appreciate some input from anyone who might be able to help. Also if anyone out there cleans primary schools, what sort of productivity rates do you look for for classroom and toilet cleaning?
