Hi,
My company carries out domestic and commercial cleaning but I have been ask to carry out a deep kitchen clean in a small restaurant. Some of my cleaning staff have completed this task with a previous employer however I have been asked to supply a certificate on completion.
Can anyone provide me with an example of a certificate or confirm on any regulations involved with this task.
