Title: What happens when customer closes?
Post by: D4ch0l on December 22, 2013, 02:06:58 pm
Hi,

I was just wondering... With coming Christmas, some of our customers close facilities for a week between Christmas and New Year.
If I have a contract with one of them for cleaning 3 times a week, what happens when they close? Shall I invoice them as if we do the clean as normal 3 times a week or just give it a miss?

Regards,
Adam

Unless you have a specific contract in writing   that states that you will be paid during closure  then it speaks for it's self

YOU CANT BE SERIOUS,     if there closed leave them.     dont give them a reason to get rid of you.    we are easy disposable. ;D      clean them as soon as they open,           for them to apreciate you  when they see the windows dirty.     there will be a lot canvassing after the new year
