Always had good results on coffee stains with no name encap, as you will be aware coffee spills in offices are abundant, I think were some people go wrong when using encap is to assume that putting some more solution down is the answer, when in fact if you omit putting solution directly onto the stain but put the solution around the stain and then dry passes over the stain working the already laid solution, the results will be much better.
Simply putting more solution down over any problem area is not the answer, but more passes will do the job, using pads on l/p will also give superior results to brushes imo.
