what tank or set up would you need for a renault mpv :)ie water fed system that is?

           That system that they have fitted in that Ford Courier van looks a really tidy job leaving plenty of room as well. I dont know how long a 250 ltr tank would last though ???

can you keep pure water in tanks and containers indefinately, or does it have a shelf life?
