Who uses the pole while on/up a ladder? (No hands on the ladder).
Not safe is it.
Not sure I want to continue doing it.
Not talking about conservatories where you are working downwards.

I do it occasionally for the odd house where the extension is too far out or angle is too high to get to windows above, used to really struggle until I bought my xtremes, Definately notice the weight difference when your cleaning windows that way!

It's perfectly safe as long as you don't fall off. If in doubt ask your customer to go up the ladder with the pole and you stay on the ground and foot it for him/her ;)

There is your answer mate. Its suprising when you say to a customer i can't really do that one. All the ones i've come across just say "OK", it was only ever myself worrying about doing it.

do you need to buy yourself a longer pole?
