My best advice would be a company called TBV do a search on yahoo and you will find there website.
Their great, they helped us to fill in all our Business plan, trained us in Health & Safety, Employment law etc and even got us a £500 grant to help.
The best thing is its all TOTALLY FREE !!!
It sounds like your in the beginning stages so you will need lots of help and advice along the way, we now have six very good earning contracts. domestic work and recently started an ironing service which is doing very well.
You wont be dissapointed if you ring TBV, they even did our first Tax Assessment and Accounts for us.
