Survey - Second nationwide price comparison
« on: July 02, 2008, 03:07:34 pm »
Pricing’, and the regional differences, is a common/interesting topic (as well as being a help to many).

So (if you're willing to take part) for comparison purposes – take a look at the 2 photos of simple (but differing) types of house fronts (House front type A and House front type B) - and let us know what you would charge for cleaning the windows only (not the doors) of each type (‘Trad’ and/or ‘WFP’).

Try to be honest!  It would helpful if you gave some indication of what part of the country you are based.

I’ll start:

House A – £4.50  (trad or wfp)
House B – £8.50  (trad or wfp)

Fleetwood, Lancashire.

A £5

B £7

Plymouth Devon, Southwest

Nice and easy fronts both can be done in 6-8mins with wfp.

I too have a min charge of £10 but only comes in to effect if it is a whole house.

I have a minimum charge of £10 so £10 for each.
However, if I didn't have that minimum charge, (a) would be about £8 (b) would still be a tenner.  I use WFP and am in the southeast.

Just looked through other peoples' prices.  Amazing.  Alex Wingrove lives in the same town as me and quoted the same numbers.  I swear I didn't look first either - honestly.  !!
