Round for Sale Torbay - South Devon

Established round for sale in the Torquay, Paignton, Brixham and Newton Abbot area of Devon.
£1,190 every 6 weeks from 86 customers. The round is over 4 years old and still retains some of the very first customers I canvassed. Mainly Domestic with some Commercial and Holiday homes. The types of domestic range from bungalow to 3 storey town houses, a converted former hotel, a couple of B&Bs,  a dentists surgery a five holdiay properties owned by the National Trust. As a service provider to the National Trust, it opens up more possibilities for other NT properties. Still awaiting confirmation on another NT property at the time this ad is being done.
All properties are done by Trad method, but WFP would work well on a lot of them.
Reluctantly selling due to illness, this round would suit a beginner to the industry or be a good extension to an existing business.
