Just wondering what the average rate is for cleaning G/F/S, I'm in ireland, an charge 4 euros a metre ( 3 Pound 50 pence ),
I know some just charge a fixed amount for sides and back and front, i tried this method when i first started, but found it
easier to measure up and charge by the metre, just wondering what people charge per metre if they price it this way, I'm just wondering if I'm to cheap. any feedback appreciated.

England, soutb yorkshire.
I charge per side £30 min if a customer and £40 if not and thats for cleaning external gutters, fascias and soffits.
If its cleaning inside the gutter as well, then its double

For cleaning FSG i charge £15 per side ( a side being a typical council type semi)
so if it was a bigger semi or detached i might be £20 a side.
For clearance, i generally avoid like the plague. Started telling people i dont do it anymore.

£6 per metre to clear and clean, or £4 per metre for either. Minimum charge of £120 for non customers

That’s about what I charge unless they have a big conservatory and it’s a pain to clean above it, then I stick a bit more on
