Attached is a pic of a rug that had just being cleaned the day before with a truckmount.

The reason I am not taking any money just yet is I need to speak to the club again, as an issue has been raised.

Unless I can iron (excuse the pun) this out a new date may have to be arranged , stay tuned.

Martin you better explain about the numbers, how would you be bringing 30 ? are they carpet cleaners ?

I would need to know how many urgently as enquiries are coming thick and fast.  ;)

Hopefully it will count as a Continuing Education Credit aswell.

Keith Nicolson will be attending as well.

Martin, there was me thinking I was gonner have to get a big venue  ;D

There are 44 places ,26  have been reserved already . those that have registered an interest on here such as yourself ( and those that have rang me direct) will get priority for tickets when I have to start collecting the money in  ;)

It will be money upfront, there is no turning up on the day I am afraid. I have to adhere to stricy health & safety guidlines laid down by the club on numbers.

I would also like to come and meet you lot (the geek collective as my wife describes us) as there seems to be some amusing characters knocking about. I have some questions though. Aside from gaining invaluable experience from my peers, learning new ideas, discussing products on the market and networking generally do I get to get pis%&£d with a load of blokes, sorry, people (one for the ladies) and go home to tell my wife that it was a very productive time away from home so not earning money and not helping out with the kids was well worth it.

Hi Chaps

Been negotiating prices for a group booking on hotels close to the event and have come up with two that sound promising both at the same rate of £55.00 including breakfast (usual price £71.00 & £75.00)

One is a hotel but is further away the other is a village pub/hotel very close to the event.

The hotel is in a very interesting position directly opposite the 'Pink Punters' gay, lesbian, transgender bar and night club  ;D

The other in a more sedate village setting (I know the owners, very nice with decent beer and a great restaurant and before you ask no I am not getting any commission  ::) ) It has 16 rooms some are doubles that will be at the same price so if some want to share and cut costs that will be fine.It would be great if we could take up all 16.

If this is the preferred choice (and if its not I and others would want to know why you chose the other  :o ) I will need at least ten bookings to get the deal (on both)  so I need to know how many intend staying over asap.

Remember you can e-mail me on: woburnis@aol.com

I have two spaces become available with hotel accomodation if needed with deposit paid  :D

Chap has had to drop out but has kindly donated his deposit for the hotel to anyone who still wishes to attend.

You will recieve your receipt and agenda in the next week or so, if you do not get one then I have not received your payment.
