would u say this good deal or not cant make my mind up

POWR-FLITE PFX1350 BUNDLE  guy bought it last jan said  didn't start using it till july his business has failed so he now sell it wants £2000 cost him  £3600 has wonder wand plus hand tool and hose with it plus a wee snail blower. It will  still be under warranty am think its a good price
