When I dump a customer I always feel good about it because I've always had a good reason to do that. I couldn't care less about their rantings or moaning or winging or put downs or this odd things about who gets the last word. I'm usually just glad to be rid of them.
The strange thing is that over the years, all the customers I have dumped I always had a feeling about from day one.
