Stupid customer part 26
« on: November 07, 2011, 04:47:32 pm »
This has to be an all time low level of stupidity.
On request and recommendation I went and did a quote last Thurday for a complex of 4 flats.
I met the guy and handed him a business card (You can presume rightly it had carpet cleaning on it), and we initially spoke by the side of the van (which again you can presume rightly it has carpet cleaning on it).
I measured up and said I'd get the quote over to him that evening....which I did.
Oh and we spoke again by the side of the van before I set off back.
Saturday I get a reply back saying "We seem to have got our wires crossed as I wanted new carpets putting down, not cleaning."  >:(
Good to see the observational skills of the RAF Police are of the top quality.
