What would you say are other "must have" apart from staff contract, when employing?

Hi

along with a contract of employment must be a staff handbook, they work hand in hand together, but it is regulations that one is issued..

if you need one just let know and i will send one over for you.

at the bottom there is a very modern employment contract, you can change what you need.

send me your email and i will send over a handbook, again you can edit what you need.

Hi guys,

I am not sure but I would assume that contracts with domestic cleaners are different than with office or commercial cleaners? Would anyone be so kind to send me a copy of the contract for domestic cleaners?

Does anyone have a template of personal details application form with health questionnaire included to fill in by potential employee? I think I will need it soon.
I have tried to find some on google, but nothing seems to be what I am looking for.
